*** NOTICE ***

The following is part of our effort to restore full services to those parts of out network affected, since September 27, 2024, by Hurricane Helene:

(1) Most functionality, NETWORK WIDE, and ALL financial interactions with our company, GLOBALLY, will freeze for the time period listed below:

--- 0000h 29 December 2024 (UTC) to 2359h 03 January 2025 (UTC)

(2) Services which MUST remain unaffected will be handled temporarily by Austin Wildflowers, at our expense.

(3) Customers will NOT be charged by Austin Wildflowers, and all services will remain as per Atlantic Magnolia contracts.

This is a temporary measure, and intended to last only a few days.

Any bills due from 0000h 26 December 2024 (UTC) to 2359h 06 January 2025, have already had their due dates moved to 0000h 10 January 2025 (UTC)
This is a TEMPORARY CHANGE, and ALL affected bills WILL BE restored to their regular billing dates by the next billing cycle.

Any payments using currency conversion provided by one of our partners (does NOT include payments made with crypto-currency), occuring 0000h 03 January 2024 (UTC) to 2359h 10 January 2025, will use the exchange rate most favorable to the customers currency to have occured between 0000h 26 December 2024 (UTC) to 2359h 10 January 2025.  After a payment is made between 0000h 03 January 2024 (UTC) to 2359h 10 January 2025: if a more favorable exchange rate occurs before 2359h 10 January 2025, the customer will recieve a credit which may be refunded (as per normal refund policy) or applied to their next bill at their descretion.  (Default behavior is to apply to the next billing cycle, customer must manually opt-in to recieve a refund).
